Xindi Lim

Paralegal

Xindi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Queen’s University Belfast in July 2022. Following her graduation, she began her legal career with an internship at Messrs Goh Wong Pereira, under the tutelage of Mr Pereira, she gained exposure to various practices area like civil litigation which involves conducting research and drafting legal documents.

Currently, as a paralegal at Hann Partnership, Xindi works closely with our attorneys on conveyancing matters mainly around development projects, sub-sale transactions, financing agreements and tenancy agreements ensuring smooth transactions. Driven by her keen interest in corporate, She also actively assists in corporate matters with the team involving drafting and revising of agreements.
