Siti Nurfatin Fatini

Siti Nurfatin Fatini graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malaya and subsequently completed her pupillage at Messrs Khaw & Partners. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.

Her legal career has been focused primarily on real estate conveyancing and retail banking and finance. She has extensive experience in preparing sale and purchase agreements for the acquisition and disposal of properties, acting in both developers’ projects and sub-sale transactions for individuals and companies.

Her work spans a wide spectrum of conveyancing and banking-related matters, including property development, perfection of transfers and charges upon issuance of individual or strata titles, discharges of charge and reassignments, applications for state authority consents, applications for replacement land titles and plans, as well as transmission and transfer of properties. She is also actively involved in banking and finance transactions in both conventional and Islamic financing, covering housing and commercial deals (including retail banking, and corporate loans or funding) secured by various forms of collateral such as charges over properties, shares, and guarantees. In addition, her practice extends to general conveyancing matters and dealings with immovable properties by citizens and non-citizens, including sales and transfers of real properties, post-auction transactions, tenancies, and other related advisory work for both individuals and corporations.

Through her practice, she has gained substantial experience in liaising with developers, financial institutions, and government authorities, enabling her to provide clients with practical guidance and efficient solutions in navigating complex property and financing transactions.

Currently, she concentrates her practice in conveyancing and banking, where her detail-oriented approach and hands-on experience allow her to deliver effective, reliable, and solution-driven legal services tailored to her clients’ needs.
