Puan Norlin Abdul Samad has 38 years of corporate legal experience. She was Company Secretary and Head of Legal of Kompleks Kewangan Malaysia Berhad (now Amanah Capital Berhad) and Golden Hope Plantations Berhad (Golden Hope). She was also Head of Legal at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and an Associate Partner of Messrs Zaid Ibrahim Co. She has held directorships in the Golden Hope and PNB group of companies. Puan Norlin has extensive experience in M&A exercises, cross border investments and joint venture transactions. She was previously an Independent Non-Executive Director of Amanah Mutual Berhad. She is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of SIRIM Berhad. Puan Norlin was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1983.
