Nicole Hoong

Legal Associate

Nicole completed her pupillage and is now an advocate and solicitor at Hann Partnership, focusing on corporate law, real estate and government advisory work. She graduated from the University of London and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya.

Since joining Hann Partnership in 2024, Nicole has gained extensive experience advising clients on shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate matters. She provides strategic legal guidance on business structuring, governance and regulatory compliance, helping clients navigate complex legal and business environments.

Nicole is also involved in advising on wills and probate, offering counsel on real estate transactions, particularly in property development and sub-sale agreements.
